Sales Agent

This position is different to other call centre jobs – our Sales Agent roles have an element of telesales jobs, but with no cold calling.

In our call centre you will deal with inbound calls and act as sales representative for customers – you’ll convert inbound call centre leads supplied by both internal and external parties. This role involves ensuring customer claim packs are sent out to enable our customers to claim their mis-sold PPI, and that the packs are sent back into our team for processing.
