Born multi-taskers, these clan members will be responsible for designated PPI cases, providing a go-to fountain of knowledge which can be eternally relied upon for a breadth of information. A Driver offers exceptional customer service at all times and support for clients via inbound and outbound contact so that each claim progresses over the finish line with the best possible outcome for all. Our Credit Control Agents are trained to take payments, issue letters and other notices identifying any concerns or issues to the Credit Control Team Leader. Drivers always maintain a great rapport with clients and colleagues, leading sometimes difficult situations smoothly and with grace.
