Upholder clan roles are our call centre admin and are a formidable force. These call centre jobs are within our Human Resources, Quality Control, Systems Development and IT, Finance, Learning & Development and Product Development teams. These clan members take on our administration jobs and make everything possible and, as an Upholder, you will ensure that our people and our standards are second to none.
An experienced Learning and Development Business Partner is required to create an ‘energetic and exciting learning environment’, leading and facilitating learning programmes and strategies at all levels within the business.
If your passion is in quality improvement you will use your customer service skills to review and assess calls against compliance and experience frameworks, scoring calls in order to provide feedback and coaching.
