Searching for Crusaders, Drivers, Upholders and Seekers to Join our Clans

Business is booming for Crystal Legal Services with enquiries from customers tripling since January. Now we’re searching for 24 talented new recruits to join our ‘clans’ by September.

The 24 new positions range from sales agents and sales team leaders (Crusaders), case handlers, customer service agents and customer service team leaders (Drivers) to quality call auditors (Upholders) and operational team leaders (Seekers).

We pride ourselves on our ethical, professional approach, as our CEO Tony Shields explains: “We fight the fight for the little guy and take on banks where some customers may not. And we do that with the highest standards, to drive out the negative perceptions of the claims market. Unfortunately, the businesses that behave badly have given the whole industry a bad name. We’re determined to change this by operating to the highest ethical and professional standards.”

As members of the Professional Claims Management Association (PFCA), the business adheres to the highest code of conduct in the industry and does not carry out any cold calling. In fact Tony is so passionate about this issue that he is also a board director for the PFCA and helps to shape the strategy of the association.

Since 2009, Crystal Legal Services has grown from a team of three to a vibrant, dynamic business employing around 100 people. It excels as an outstanding employer and achieved Investors in People accreditation last year.

Tony continues: “We don’t just give people a ‘job’, we offer them an opportunity to develop their skills and to build a career. We’re big believers in recognising and rewarding our staff for their achievements. Each team has a budget for rewards and they can use that for everything from wine, chocolate and vouchers to certificates or trophies for outstanding staff performance.”

The business also offers a range of benefits to all its staff including optional healthcare plans, dress-down Fridays for charity, buddy programmes with mentors, plenty of socials throughout the year and a birthday cake from the business on each member of staff’s special day!

Last year the team raised £15,000 for local charities including The Wingate Centre in Nantwich, St Lukes Cheshire Hospice and Douglas Macmillan in North Staffordshire. This year, four charities have been chosen by the whole team and will be supported for three months of the year each, raising at least £2,000 for each charity. Fundraising activities range from sponsored sky dives, bike-a-thons and a 34 mile walk, to pie face tossing, slapping the CEO with a fish and ‘my child dressed me for work’ day.

Tony concludes: “We’ve developed a real sense of community at Crystal Legal. Our team members come together to celebrate achieving milestones, smashing targets and reaching career goals. We want all of our staff to have genuine job satisfaction.”
