What do we do?

Since our company was first established in 2009 we’ve come a long way, growing from one staff member to a 100+ strong team of dedicated professionals. Today, as members of the Professional Claims Management Association we champion wins for countless individuals and families who have suffered financial injustice.

The Crusaders

Resilient and motivated self-starters, our Crusaders are the bravehearts at Crystal. These call centre jobs involve working in our Outbound/Inbound Sales and Marketing teams. You will use your specialist skills to build effective relationships from outbound calls to customers. As a Crusader you will be a key player in building business, generating “leads” to transfer to our Specialist Sales Agents. As part of these telesales jobs, a Crusader’s daily mission is to find those individuals whom Crystal can help and to forge forward that claim.

The Drivers

Steadfast and tenacious, our stags never give up. These call centre customer service jobs are our Customer/Client Relationship Agents, Credit Control Agents, PPI Specialists and Case Handlers. Born multi-taskers, these clan members will be responsible for designated PPI cases, providing a go-to fountain of knowledge which can be eternally relied upon for a breadth of information. A Driver offers exceptional customer service at all times and support for clients via inbound and outbound contact so that each claim progresses over the finish line with the best possible outcome for all. Our Credit Control Agents are trained to take payments, issue letters and other notices identifying any concerns or issues to the Credit Control Team Leader. Drivers always maintain a great rapport with clients and colleagues, leading sometimes difficult situations smoothly and with grace.

The Upholders

Often viewed as the reinforcements or pillars of Crystal’s business foundations, our Upholders keep the wheels turning. Upholder clan roles are our call centre admin and are a formidable force. These call centre jobs are within our Human Resources, Quality Control, Systems Development and IT, Finance, Learning & Development and Product Development teams. These clan members take on our administration jobs and make everything possible and, as an Upholder, you will ensure that our people and our standards are second to none.

The Seekers

Crystal’s skilful factfinders are swift and diligent, whatever the task at hand. Seekers are the processing powerhouse of all Crystal data and information and include our Correspondent Administrators, Administrative Assistants and Technical Administrators. These unflappable individuals will be expected to manage a high volume, process-driven workload to a consistently high standard. Crystal Administrators work alongside our Customer Relations team enabling a customer’s PPI claim through meticulous attention to spreadsheets and other paperwork. A Seeker’s ‘behind the scenes’ role is vital to move any customer case forward.

The Crystal Legal Services staff are here to help our clients right the wrongs of mis-sold financial products which include PPI (payment protection insurance) and PBA (packaged bank accounts). Offering specialist PPI guidance we work hard at helping customers understand how we can process a winning claim. Our expert teams are on a mission to champion our customers through the pitfalls of any claims for financial mis-selling in a clear and comprehensible way through effective communication with banks and regulatory bodies.
